A friend of mine suffers from schizoaffective disorder (bipolar type). Saphris (asenapine) helps her a great deal with the depressive counterpart of her illness.

1. Provigil?
2. Vyvanse?
3. nortriptyline?

Effexor + nortriptyline came pretty close to producing a robust improvement in my bipolar depression. Pristiq would probably work better than Effexor.

Did Seroquel help with the insomnia?
