I added it my small dose of Celexa as an adjunct a few weeks ago and it helped with the depression almost immediately. Not sure if I will stay on it due to grogginess and anger/aggressiveness and drop in sex drive.
Strangely my Lamictal, which was always activating in conjunction with the Celexa, now seems to exaccerbate the mind fog.
YMMV of course!
