I bought a Sota Bio Tuner about ten years ago. It has three different frequency settings. It worked pretty well for a few months, but I think my brain became habituated to it. I can't say that I had any long-lasting benefits from it. There's a newer, more sophisticated form of CES called Nexalin that I've read good things about. It appears that it might be more effective than other CES units, and might have long-lasting benefits. It's not sold for personal use. You have to go to a Nexalin provider to try it.
