I'm not sure of all the differences, but they use what they call a "H" coil. As opposed to the Neurostar TMS machine whose flux reaches a depth of 1.5 - 3.0 cm into brain tissue, the Brainsway machine reaches depths of 5.0 - 7.0 cm. I don't know about how focused the magnetic fluxes are.
