No problem. If you're no longer on an AD, you can safely take more than 225mg of Tramadol, though I really wouldn't go higher, anyway. Tramadol becomes problematic at high doses and when used with ADs, which is why it's best to keep the dose low.

I can't say I notice weight loss with Tramadol, but it could be tempering weight gain from my other psych meds.
