Rilutek or Riluzole..It's a glutamate antagonist that's only approved for ALS at this point -- it supposedly prolongs the lives of sufferers for several months.
However, it has shown efficacy in bipolar, depression, and most excitingly (from my standpoint anyway) severe, treatment-resistant OCD.
The only problem is it's ridiculously expensive.
