i say BE Careful and contact your pdoc.
i started at 80mg (i think, its been a while) and didnt seem to do anything so my pdoc had me double it. When i did, in a couple days, i became psychotic. having weird visual hallucinations, felt like i was being controlled. Massive dysphoric thoughts, feelings. Was being 'told' what to do...
i'm not saying that's what's happening with you, but please look out for you feeling worse instead of better.
and either way i feel strongly you should let your doc know.
