But i have to add that this only happens when taking Nardil on an empty stomach, so we can rule out a tyramine reaction.
And I'm not taking any other medications.
You're also correct that having 150SYS / 100DIA blood pressure is not okay to have on a regular basis. But having it temporarily for a period of an hour is not considered dangerous.
As I've mentioned I've taken very high doses of Nardil before (150mg) without feeling this headache. And serotonin syndrome is quite difficult to experience on a single medication as it usually happens when mixing medications. I've read extensively about serotonin syndrome, and getting it from pretty low doses of MAOIs (45mg) is unheard of.
