I just wanted to add that antipsychotics take longer to work in schizoid disorders than they do in bipolar disorder mania. It often takes six weeks for them to take full effect in schizophrenia whereas mania can be controlled within hours to a few days. That the voices you hear are substantially muted after only nine days is encouraging.
