Well, metformin is NOT an option. I tried it and I have been sick all day. You don't want to know. I don't like spending all day in the bathroom! Only 500mg! I guess this is why I stopped taking it before.
I just have to figure out 1) how to take Geodon and NOT get fat, and 2) IF I should even be taking it.
I see a lot of people take separate meds for depression and sleep. Maybe I'm nuts (sorry for the bad humor) for subjecting myself to an AAP long term. Geez, what if 20 years from now the AAP MAKES me actually psychotic if I try to stop taking it.
Yea, I do think my brain chemistry has changed over 25 years.
It's like I'm hooked by Big Pharma now. If I stopped taking my meds I would become so depressed and suicidal or crazy many or both!
