StabMe, are you still on a stimulant? If so, which one?
And if I understand correctly, you are looking for a way to beat the tolerance blues, right? If you find an answer, let me know, b/c I am starting a 'holiday' (a misnomer if there ever was one) from Ritalin so it can work for me again in about a week. I am not a happy camper :(
