I'm on 1.5 mg Clonazepam. Don't want the roller coaster of Xanax.
Adderall works for about 4 hours. If I take it at 4 then by 8 I can't focus or feel the good stuff. But I stay up much later because I think it keeps running but at a sub-therapeutic level.
That's why I love Vyvance. Like driving a new car on a new highway at the same speed for 12 hours. :)If this chart is right .5 Xanax = 5 Valium, that would make your dose equal 20-30 mg Valium which to me is a pretty big dose.
