I sometimes just go a bit lower in my dose once in a while and raise back up. I have done holidays for a week or longer a few times over the year or so and the positive effect on start up can be quite refreshing but it never lasts for me.
concerta i could only handle the lowest dose. i think it's 18mg.
if ritalin worked long term it'd be a miracle for me but unfortunately i may have to give it up. i don't know. but i been spiraling downwards so much this past week that it's frightening and i have no clue what to do.
