Disagree. Family member was Bipolar I and had it for many years.
He took a special type of vitamin blend of vitamins, minerals and amino acids and within 2 weeks he began have less pronounced swings. In 1-2 months he was completely normal.
I didn't believe in vitamins either, but they DEFINITELY work in certain situations. And there is a large variability of vitamins. He took vitamins that have double blind placebo testing.
Vitamin companies OTC don't do this because most of their products are bull.
They are expensive though, $250 = 2 months I believe. But sh*t, if I could get rid of my issues for that cost.. I'd pay that and get back to work ASAP to pay for it.
