If you're taking more than 20mg of prozac, get the dose down to 20mg, and hold it there for a week, then start Zoloft at 50mg a day and hold it there for atleast 2 weeks.

If you feel you need somthing to boost the Zoloft, after you have stabalised the dose back at your old level, ask your doctor about the possability of adding an NARI (Welbutrin, nortriptyline, desipramine) to the Zoloft to give you the double whamie of seretonin and noradrenalin reuptake inhibition. For energy, I'd probably go Welbutrin 300mg/day.
