And I'm also wondering about testosterone...women also need that hormone, but in lesser amounts...I know it's supposed to lead to a sense of well-being. But this is just me guessing b/c I am really bad with hormones, never could really 'get'them. I wish you luck in figuring it out.

> KatThanks for your input, Kat. Testosterone is an interesting idea. I think therapy will help, but I must say PMDD can be worse than my depression at times because it's like mixed states; screaming, crying, rage, extreme melancholy, etc...
I see my pdoc Weds., thankfully. I'm a bit nervous though; I gobbled up one of my Rx's as I've been so down...
I am feeling a bit better today, thanks. I'll write you later--I'm just so damn exhausted.
