Nope, went cold turkey, stupidly thought the elevator would be better than the stairs. But it's really just a dose reduction, and I'm back on it now at the target dose and feeling much better.
You know, it really was awful, except for the hallucinations. Those were actually great entertainment for me when I couldn't sleep. :)
