My brother has been on Wellbutrin for years. He's never had 'numb' feelings.

Wellbutrin increases norepenephrine and dopamine in the brain unlike regular antidepressants that just increase serotonin. Its the increase in serotonin which can sometimes cause that 'numb' feeling.
