I found it a discussion of whether people felt psychiatric diagnosis was real or not and that pdocs really had no physical proof that they are indeed real. Where as in as the used oncology a cell is placed on a glass plate and examined under a microscope to see if abnormal cells are present. Also comments on whether meds were necessary or not or if society had changed from close knit families to what we seem to have now families spread apart, working parents both no Mother home to tend the children.
