Clonidine as a sleep aid

I have been having trouble sleeping of late, and am wondering about using clonidine, probably rotating it with Seroquel - 50mg of Seroquel gives a good nights sleep, but i feel I get tolorant to it within a couple of weeks.... was wondering about taking clonidine and my (Indian) seroqule the next etc?
What dose of clonidine would I take for sleep?
