Yeah, I see what you're saying.
I think, in my case, that environment played a major role. Everyone in my family has been on some psych med (mostly an ssri), but all for a limited time.
I chose this road, and I think that with time I can get off it.
That being said, I have been feeling like absolute sh*t yesterday and today, a mood dip I guess? Not wanting to be at work? Absolutely. Worse than usual? Yes.
So, I'm delaying my taper down on lamictal.
Frustrating.
