why always the transporter affinity

this makes drugs toxic to enough people, and we have a full smorgasboard of those drugs if anyone wants the mechanism added as an adjunct. aside from that i'm interested in the partial 1b agonism, as that is theorised to be in combo with light 1a agonism (NOT partial agonism) an extremely effective treatment for parkinson's dyskinesias, so proposedly maybe a bunch of things movement related. but again, i'm suspicious that this isn't just another drug that will pass because it resembles basically everything else, but is different enough to claim otherwise.
