But not for the same reason as you, I think.
I'm simply appalled something that ought to be based on medicine and science is instead based on committee and consensus and prevailing politics. People rarely fit neatly in the slots prepared for us, and doctors try to ram us into them whether or not they fit. Everything we do gets interpreted through the lens of a flawed document.
