I've recently started Zoloft, though I titrated up to 200 MG rather rapidly.

According to another site, Zoloft typically reaches peak plasma levels in about 8 hours, unless you take it with food and then it is 5.5 hours - the other site also reports a 25% increase in peak plasma levels when taken with food.

How do those times line up with your late afternoon mood lift? It sounds to me like bumping up your dose could be useful..
