no what you gotta do....lexepro i mean you want to lower the dose? that's easy....you just the doc and say its causing side effects and it needs to be lowered. Alot of docs are Wellbutrin friendly with low energy...and notorious for SSRI induced libido failure. if not that theirs effexor...i think it would be better than lexepro because it only works on serotonin...effexor and wellbutrin and better popularity right now pristiq...always will see an ad in psychiatrists office.doublequackquack! good night!
