Trileptal can def be helpful. I've used it w/ lexapro to come off of high doses of klonopin (again, w/ Valium!). Sometimes, though, w/ benzo withdrawal, less is more. I highly suggest doing it w/ a clean ssri (celexa or lexapro)--these will work great, even at low doses, on your anxiety.
