Hi i am trying to withdraw from zyprexa
i am having problems
insomnia
intrusive thoughts and scary thoughts
fear anxiety doubt weakness guilt
i am terrified
the anxiety causes me to lose control of my own mind
how did you manage ??I started zyprexa in 2004. along with depakote
then stopped in 2005. But I had to continue because the doctors suggested that it was healthy even though I didnt seem to need it.
since then i tried other drugs such as risperdal, trileptal, lamictal etc thinking they were helping. In 2008 i saw Dr Bloem in trying to permanently stop taking these drugs using ortho molecular techniques.
In 2011 I tried using a personal trainer in trying to stop these drugs. Went psychotic and lost my job and home and now staying with family.
I have tried supplements such as glycine, tryptophan, magnesium, fish oil, greens, multivitamins, etc etc but does not help.
I have now been able to stop the sleeping pills and lamictal. But I can't stop the Zyprexa. Zyprexa is at 0.6 mg but I am not stable on it. I have to take a full pill of 2.5mg every week otherwise I deteriorate. Conditions never improve at 0.6 mg over time... things only seem to go downhill. I just want to be rid of this but I can't stop because it turns into psychosis.
I have read previous posts about how people have had trouble in withdrawing from Zyprexa but have succeeded. Please desperately help.
