I got the brain zaps on withdrawal from Paxil. Usually they are associated with SSRI discontinuation syndrome. I do not think they are dangerous in themselves, but certainly can cause some discomfort. I'd say just wait it out but call the pdoc just to make sure it's ok to do that.
