Inflammation Implicated in Melanoma, Other CA Hear

Since inflammation is now responsible for melanoma, squamous cell carcinoma of skin and organs, heart disease, and who knows what else they are suggesting motrin and the other NSAIDS as they contain both Cox A & Cox B. But it's a catch 22 has they also cause gastrointestinal bleeding. Any alternatives? Phillipa
