Never say that you're leaving a forun

And I never do, except here a few days ago. Oh well.
I felt that maybe I overreacted to some peoples posts here when in the past and probably the future, I'm pretty sure I've said the same things.

Actually I'm very envious of those off meds that are maintaining or better.

Babble feels like it used to for the most part and I need that info.

If I made what could be perceived as personal attacks, I apologize.

I'm trying to get off os some of my meds or reduce them and, facing what I'm facing disability wise, I have no idea what's right. I guess I can always go up again. Docs like that.

I'll try to keep an open mind here while at the same time realize that after 30 years on meds, I'll have my own opinions on things.

I often wonder, when my therapist 30 years ago thought I needed more than therapy and introduced me to a colleague, a pdoc, if I should have got on board.

But, I was depressed and had two other problems that would not go away. My stomach made such a racket that if I was on a sales call, it became the discussion. If I was wearing a sports coat, I would perspire through it and have huge circles of perspiration. When I was put on Amitriptyline both problems immediately went away.

So, who knows? My guess is that depression is still there. Of course it is, I feel it now.

I wish there was an easier way. My first dx was clinical dep. Then clin dep with ADD. Then bipolar II, then bipolar I, then bipolar NOS with adhd.

70+ meds later, it's been a helluva ride.
