Have you changed the brand of generic mirtazapine recently or added any drug that might be interacting with it? Your theory is as good as any other. I am just curious to know if you are getting more mirtazapine absorbed into your system. Some people see a lifting of the brain-fog and sedation at higher dosages. Have you ever tried going to 60 mg?

I'm glad you found something that works. Perhaps it is best to not make any treatment adjustments at this juncture.
