At present, I feel so totally disconnected from the world, I see no pleasure, joy or happiness. I feel nothing. I have been on a med merry go round for years for "atypical/dysththemia with varied success and failures like all of us.

I don't think anhedonia is a separate condition so much as it is a symptom of others. I guess you qualify as having dysthymia. How is your sleep? Appetite? Any dry mouth or constipation?

What have you tried to treat your condition and what were the results?

If you live in Europe, you can try amisulpride.

If you live in the US, you might try a combination of Abilify and Lamictal - perhaps with Wellbutrin.

Have you tried stimulants?
