I switched from effexor to Viibryd. The transistion wasn't too horrible. The sexual side affects completely disappeard. However, I am depressed as hell. I am going to just stay on it though because I don;t want those side effects. I see it as coping, adapting, maybe I won't be as happy or comfortable but so what, that is life. It isn't supposed to be cupcakes and supermodels all day.It's hard to do my work and not get frustrated and negative, but I'll just watch that. There alternative is coming off the viibryd also, but I suspect that would make the depression worse. Any thought? Oh and I have no shrink and zero support group, so brilliant am I.
