Please reply: what if it IS Depression?

I am so scared that my tests will be normal which means that I am "just depressed" - majorly depressed- cant work- lost enjoyment in life and laying in bed! What if this is all I have left?
Diagnoses: MDD, GAD, ADHD
MEDS:
Trileptal: 300 mg 2x/day
Adderall XR: 15 mg
Prozac: 20 mg
Klonopin: .5 mg twice daily
