Hi, I am currently taking 75 mg of Nardil(after 2 weeks on 60mg) with splitting doses into 3 times/ day, as 30 mg in morning, 30 mg in the afternoon and 15 mg towards to evening(but maximally before 6 PM, because of to prevent insomnia, but I usually don't go to sleep before midnight).
I am relatively new to Nardil and I am wondering, If anyone has had any experiences, when (or at what time - hour of day) is the best time to take morning - afternoon - evening dose of Nardil ? and I am also wonder, for how long lasts Nardil effect after taking every single 30 mg dose ? ( My psychiatrist has said something about 4-5 hours, what is according to him also best time/ratio between taking every single dose.)
Is Nardil out of my system after 3-4 hours or Has the Nardil tend to wear off too quickly after 3-4 hours ?Thanks for any advice on this, it would be helpful! Thanks all!
