I just now read your post about your current situation. Sorry--I somehow managed to miss it earlier. Anyway, I just wanted to let you know that I hope things work out for you and that you can certainly pull through this. I kind of question adding additional antidepressants to Paxil to keep things going, but, hey--I'm not a doc, right?
I'm glad you're going to the chiro. Have you ever considered supplements? I know, I push this stuff on EVERYBODY. Still, here goes: google "Orthomolecular psychiatry" and see what you think. For non-psychotic depression I think there aren't that many supplements or even terribly high doses of key vitamins involved, and you can still take your medications. They might even start working better w/ fewer side effects (no guarantees, obviously, but that's what happened with me treating my psychotic mood disorder w/ meds+supplements).
I just want you to hang in there.
