I took Tofranil-PM plus other stuff for severe psychotic depression once. It helped, although I did end up getting a bit "angry." That could have been the Rx amphetamine, though.
Anyway, Tofranil is good for severe, endogenous depression with agitation or psychomotor retardation, or so the experts say.
Could you try endronax plus remeron or something? I know, 2 drugs, kinda complicated, but just based on my limited experience it might be easier on you to take 2 more modern ADs than to take 1 old school TCA. Just throwing that out there for you.
