Thanks,phillipa.I am feeling good,even with spring allergies on board.Working in the flower beds,hiking,staying busy.So, are you still on valium,luvox,and xanax? I think dividing the dose makes sense,if you have developed a tolerance to the drowsiness,and dont feel loopy.Cant stand to feel like that during the day!Thats why Ive always done nighttime dosing.
