Phillipa, I am usually more of a lurker, and I know what you mean. I also have noticed your kindness for years :-).
Frankly, I believe that Abilify, 1 mg/day is helping depression, and I KNOW that I get anxiety relief from neurontin and klonopin.I have indeed been feeling better these past few weeks...I'm not convinced it is only drugs, but the fact that the drugs help me get that push to go to things like yoga.
The big test for me will be going on vacation. I am not great with having to be "on" all the time. But if I can do the vacation, then I will know that I am at least getting some respite -- however long or short-- from Abilify.
