Hmmm. I've been in therapy for years. DBT for the past year or so. If anything therapy makes me fixate and obsess over my situation even more.

Part of it I think is that I've lived in so many different states of being because of trying different medications it's hard to know what's "right". It's like having an old-school equalizer with just too many knobs and settings on it.

I've always assumed Lyrica is like a SNRI/Effexor/ Cymbalta kind of drug. NE drugs have always increased sadness and anger in me. Specifically desipramine, Welbutrin, and Serzone.
