My theory is: Come off the zyprexa and maybe you will get a better response from those meds you are talking about. Like the wellbutrin caffine stratera. I have not tried the others so don't know what to say about those.
What is your diagnosis? Just ADD? Or a psychotic disorder. If you need the zyprexa, maybe a lower dose. This would help with motivation, weight loss, and maybe the feeling that nothing works.
