Well, I think even 'boring' meds obtained without a prescription are an issue for someone who wants to protect his medical license, reputation, etc. PB *is* Dr. Bob and the law may hold him responsible for certain activities that occur here if they end badly....no way to tell in advance. Not to mention I think he genuinely wishes to protect posters from something he sees as quite risky.
Makes sense to me. I'm sure those who wish to exchange such things may find ways that don't involve Babble, although I hope not. I understand the desperation, $$, etc., but there is danger, too, not to mention I'm not one to break the law if I can help it.
