not happy about this seems very uncomfortable .....and i don't think its that ....wondering if the 400 mg of tegretol i take in the morning is causing it ...i also take400 at night ....but last month upped it from 200 to 400 in morning....take it at 8;00 am ...nausea and sick feeling always hit about 1:00 pm......don't think i want to cold turkey 6 days....have job to go to
