Switching from Effexor to Viibryn need a schedule!

I am switching from 100MG non time release effexor to Viibryd. The Doctor didn't give me instructions, maybe because I am on a relatively low dose. Anyways, what how would you suggest I do this? Has anyone switched from effexor to viibryd or another drug? I am a little scared because of all the ffexor horror stories I have heard and when I miss a dose I can get agitated pretty bad.
