hi all. starting emsam tomorrow. Scared of hypertensive crises and the diet (which my doc told me I had to follow even at 6 mgs or less). I've been lurking, searching for emsam related posts, etc. but any 'new user' tips would be appreciated.
I took parnate for years before it pooped out, but I was younger then.
