I think the "problem" is that saphris isnt licensed in the EU for shizophrenia/psychosis. Its ONLY licensed für mild to severe acute mania.
If the pdocs in a hispital in belgium are like they are here they are only allowed to prescribe something if its also licensed for it...
which is a bit stupid, imo...
