Thank you so much for your response. It was reassuring. So I guess T3 is safe to use on a long-term basis if needed.?
I am having to take it at night because my pharmacist said it should not be taken within 4 hours of ingesting calcium. Basically my breakfast and lunch are high in calcium so I have to wait until dinner time.
Do you also have to avoid taking it within 4 hours of ingesting calcium?
