If i had just 1 episode,I would have been ok.Vertigo doesnt literally give u insanity,but having it sev times,then experiencing constant dizziness,if u are prone to anxiety,u can snap,which is what i did.Im glad u only had it once.they tested me for everything,inc lyme disease,all negative
