The TCA idea is mainly just because I've never tried it and I feel like I need to make the rounds before I ask for ECT, which I've been thinking about for some time. I just get so frustrated with the med-go-round, I can't keep doing it forever. BTW, I read (in a Stahl book) that some people go up to 90 on Remeron! That I don't plan on doing, plus my nurse practitioner seemed to think that 45 was the ceiling and that 45 didn't really work any better than 30 anyway. Who knows.
