Yes and no....during the rage attacks I am thinking one way (like I need to stop) but acting another...not racing thoughts necessarily?

Yes, daily....! Tried to explain this to pdoc.....who didn't seem to think this was possible.

Not really, I feel tired most of the time (probably why pdoc doesn't call it bipolar)

My pdoc doesn't even think its bipolar 11 (I disagree) I have done a lot of research and really like the psych education website (which my last pdoc recommended). I have since moved across country so cant access my old pdoc anymore. My new pdoc is very old school...either you have a clear manic or hypomanic episode or you are not bipolar. At least pdoc is willing to try the mood stabilizers. which is why we added trileptal and klonopin....seems to be better....but the beginning and shock to my neurotransmitters always seems to help for a few days...sometimes only last a couple of days. That's what I worry about the most :(How is the new med vibryd going for you?
